This Famous Dubai Chef Is Teaching Aspiring Cooks Basic Kitchen Skills For A Minimum Fee

Whether you’re a pro or just an amateur cook, you’re very welcome to attend the cooking class of Cuisinero Uno’s Chef John Buenaventura.

The chef with Filipino descent has recently launched Culinary Masterclasses in his restaurant.

With his latest initiative, aspiring cooks will be taught about basic kitchen skills and in-depth knowledge of different margination techniques.

He teaches science and history behind dishes to make people appreciate the food that they eat.

Chef John hosts cooking session every day with two options: standard cooking session (DH350) and customized class (Dh400).

This minimal fee includes beverages and food for the participants.

Each session runs every day from 11am to 2pm, with five participants every session.

Those who want to enroll themselves in customized classes, they need to book three days in advance.
