Alcohol Will Not Be Served Anywhere In Dubai On Sept 10 To 11

September 13, Thursday, has been announced as a paid-holiday for both private and public employees across the UAE to observe the Al Hijri New Year.
The actual date of the celebration, which marks the beginning of the Islamic calendar is likely to fall on Tuesday, September 11.

Dubai Tourism has released a statement addressed to local hotels to refrain from serving alcohol starting on Monday, September 10 at 6pm until Tuesday, September 11, at 7pm.
