Hotel Rates In Dubai Are Dropping And Today Is The Best Time To Book A Room Or Two
Despite of having an enormous amount of guests, Dubai's hotel rates are surprisingly dropping.
In a report by STR analysts, it showed that hotels in Dubai are slashing normal rates because they want to fill their empty rooms.
Just last month, hotels were charging less, with the average daily rate (ADR) dropping 4.3 per cent to Dh758.80, while the revenue per available room (RevPAR) fell 6.9 per cent to Dh600.98.
Although Dubai has recorded 6.9 million passengers last year, most of the hotel rooms were not fully booked.
The problem? There are a lot of new hotels sprouting almost everywhere.
