UAE police authorities are not only game to combat the crimes, they are also up for extreme adventures outside the country.
This has been proven by Salma Saeed Salem Al-Kaabi, director of the Security Inspection Branch in Abu Dhabi Police, after climbing the tallest mountain in Africa, Mount Klimanjaro, which stands at 5,895 meters high on the surface of the earth.
He is the first Abu Dhabi Police official to climb the mountain in Tanzania, which is also the fifth tallest summit in the world.
Al-Kaabi took five days to reach the peak of the mountain. He brought and raised the state flag at the top of the mountain.
He said that climbing the said mountain was not an easy task that he had exerted more patience and effort.
