‘Tala’ Has Invaded Middle East And Even Non-Filipinos Are Now Dancing To It
The Tala fever has come to the Middle East and non-Filipinos are taking the challenge!
Sarah G’s hit Tala was released in 2016 and made waves again this month – making a dance craze in the whole Philippines.
That wave has hit other countries and regions, specifically the Middle East.
Arab social media influencer Alawe Enoc of UAE made a short Tala challenge after challenging his followers that he’ll dance to Tala if his post gets 1,000 Facebook reactions. Alawe’s post has garnered 3,000 reactions 10 minutes after it was posted. Currently, the post has more than two million organic reach.

Meanwhile, in TikTok a lady took the challenge as well, dancing the Tala making the Burj Khalifa as her background.
In Kuwait, these two have also taken the challenge while inside a store, praising the non-Filipino for dancing to the Filipino song.
