“The cloud amounts will increase eastwards at times by afternoon. Light to moderate winds, freshening at times by noon, may cause blowing dust over some exposed areas. The relative humidity will increase over the eastern coasts during the night and early morning. Slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea,” it added.
