The More Water You Drink, The Happier You Will Be
A poll revealed that the more water one drinks, the happier he’ll be. It says that people who frequently drink water are three times more likely to feel very happy.
OnePoll studied 2,000 Americans and found out that 67% of participants who drank more than enough are very happy compared to those who admitted to not consuming enough water, which is 21%.
Ideally, men should drink 3.7 liters (15.5 cups) of liquid per day, while women should consume about 2.7 liters (11.5 cups).
Those who have participated and consumed more than 10 glasses in a day were statistically found very happy, with 80% reporting so.
