This Afghan Blogger Makes Muslim Version Of ‘Kiki’ And Is Now Facing Backlash
A Dubai-based blogger is now facing a huge backlash from his Muslim brothers and sisters for creating a parody version of Drake’s In My Feelings, which is also used as song for the trending Kiki dance challenge.
Dawood Savage’s Facebook account shows four lad dancing to In My Feelings – but the lyrics were changed and talk about ‘male chauvinist song.’
Some even called the 59-sec video a sickening parody.
The guy, who seems to own the community page, asks Aisha, Fatima, and Khadija if they love him and if they cook biryani or clean.
While some netizens find this amusing, others find it offensive and is against the Muslim culture and beliefs.
Currently, the short-clip has more than 3,000 reactions, 2,000 comments and 11,000 shares.
