This Emirati Vlogger Says He’ll Cease To Exist If He Works For This Racist Kuwaiti Vlogger
Khalid Al Ameri, a popular vlogger based in the UAE, has slammed the Kuwaiti vlogger who is currently under fire for complaining about changes to her country’s law.
The Kuwaiti beauty vlogger, Sondos Alqattan, posted a now-deleted short clip on Instagram, saying that the new laws that have been passed are pathetic.
The law gives Filipino migrant workers the right to have a day off and to keep their passports with them.
“For [a maid] to take a day off every week, that’s four days a month. If they ran away and went back to their country, who’ll refund me? I don’t want a Filipino maid anymore,” she said.
With this statement, she was tagged as a racist Arab woman for wanting a ‘slave’ rather than an employee.
Al Ameri quickly responds to the vlogger’s remark through the same platform after being tagged by his Filipino followers.
“How would you feel if you work for someone that did not only give you a day-off but disagreed with the very ideology that you deserve a day off?” he said.
He said that ‘we’ are not robots and at the end of the day, ‘we’ are humans and expected to take a rest.
“It’s ridiculous,” he said pertaining to her disagreeing about keeping one’s passport.
“Let me tell you this. After listening to your rant, if I work for you I would run so far away that the CIA will never find me.
“I will dig a hole so deep that you won’t be able to smell my scent, you won’t hear me breathe. I would disappear, I will cease to exist and I will never show my face to you again.
“Believe me, there’s a reason why they keep running from you, and maybe you are that reason,” Al Ameri added.
